What makes an Equinet unique?

The story of how Equinets began, was born from my own bad experience with a large holed hay net.  Much thought and many hours of research has gone into each design and the materials I use.  Read more about what happened with my old boy Al under the 'Equinets Story' tab.  Photo below is of Al, Kal and Ambressence's chin!

*Safe Grazing.
Small Mesh size eliminates risk of your horse getting injured.
*Special Needs Horses. Equinets offers custom nets for special needs horses.

*Soaking Hay.  Soak hay in your Equinet.  These nets were designed for the Bering Sea!
*Save Money.  Virtually eliminates unnecessary waste of hay.
*Save Time.  Large nets offer capacity to feed a horse for a full day, week or month.
*Superior Quality.
Equinets are made using commercial strength fishing nets.
*Personalized Service.   I care.  I listen.    It's more than just about the net.
*Recycle and Green. I use recycled or                     decommissioned materials only!

To ensure Personalized Service, I am currently doing things the old fashioned way.   You can call Lee on (425)223 8831 or use the 'Contact' form to ask any questions you might have or to place an order.

My goal

To provide the horse owner with strong, durable, attractive, and eco-friendly hay nets. All my hay nets are hand made from recycled materials and tailored to you and your horse's needs. Much thought and research has gone into each design.  I also have my own test team on site for feedback...straight from the horse's mouth!
Equinets main goal is to simulate safe and natural grazing with minimal waste, using only the finest hand picked recycled materials.

News, Updates and Tips.
NEW VIDEO:  A quick and easy way to fill an Equinet!  AND stunning horse paintings by Lorraine.  See some of her beautiful work under the 'more/paintings by Lorraine' tab

DAILY TIP:  'Fluff it or Stuff it'' - For easier grazing, fluff the hay when putting it into the net.  To slow grazing down, stuff the hay into the net so that it is compressed into a tight ball.

PADDOCK SAFETY:  Do a daily RRR (Remove, Repair, Replace) safety check of your horse's home.  It takes just a minute and well worth the effort!!

_SEATTLE AREA NEWS:  New recycle program at De Young's Farm and Garden (Woodinville).  Bring your empty plastic grain bags and bailing twine to the drop off box for recycling!   Let's keep our beautiful planet clean and green!
